We are pleased to list the following organizations and websites as a public service. JF&CS offers a number of resources that benefit DLS clients.

Information and Referral

Disabilities Resource Network
Provides information and referrals for individuals and their families.

Services for Children and Adolescents

Autism Navigation
Facilitates the coordination of services and helps simplify the complex systems of support needed for youth with autism spectrum disorder.

In-Home Services
Family coaching to improve a child's emotional regulation and participation in community and family activities.

  • In-Home Behavioral Services

    A two-person team enhances communication skills and teaches self-regulation for youth with autism and other mental health disorders.
  • In-Home Therapy

    More than 70% of youth with autism have a co-occurring mental health concern, such as anxiety or depression. This two-person team stabilizes a youth's mental health symptoms, strengthens family cohesion, and promotes healthy family functioning.
  • Therapeutic Mentoring
    A young adult staff member addresses communication skills and social challenges for youth with autism and related disabilities through one-to-one therapeutic support in the community.

Services for Adults

Adult Family Care
Adult Family Care (AFC) is a MassHealth program that helps individuals ages 16 and older live in the community with related or non-related families by offering financial assistance and support services.

Clinical Services
By partnering with individuals and their families, our staff help identify and pursue goals that will lead to a more meaningful and purposeful life. One of our case managers specializes in working with adults with autism spectrum disorder.

Day and Employment Programming
Offers employment, volunteer, and enrichment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities, including autism.

Social Connections
Jewish social programs for adults with mental illness and developmental disabilities.

Supported Housing
A range of group and individualized supported housing options for adults with disabilities who want to live as independently as possible.
